We are looking for our next Product Owner that will be resposible of the modernization and implementation of the CRM platform for Peru and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities

• Define product releases and iteration backlogs based on the product vision, business SME input, customer experience insights, and agile team feedback.
• Clearly articulate the product vision, including objectives, value proposition, and key risks.
• Collaborate with SMEs to evaluate feature impact on end-users and manage them effectively.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and high-level backlog, decomposing them into releases that deliver significant value.
• Prioritize and continuously re-prioritize delivery based on calculated business value.
• Act as the primary reviewer and approver of completed work during iteration demos, ensuring it meets acceptance criteria.
• Engage and collaborate actively with the agile team by participating in planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, iteration reviews, and other meetings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• English Intermediate
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in new product development (industry-specific as relevant).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience in Banking.
• Previous experience in a project environment with familiarity in project lifecycle management.
• Experience working in an agile environment (asset).
• Strong skills in backlog prioritization, product vision communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to break down complex objectives into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of agile principles and ability to act as a champion for agile adoption.
