We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and enthusiastic Office Manager with a sales orientation for the areas of finance and administration to join our growing and dynamic organization.
This position will be based in Braga, Portugal .
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Responsible for the warehouse/regular inventory.
- Timely reporting of all financial data to the International Headquarters at PM-International AG in Luxembourg (monthly result, inventory, salaries, cash, etc.).
- Preparation of calculation of all products, sales promotion materials, seminars, etc.
- Preparation of revenue and business planning, cost planning as well as investment, financial and personnel planning (annually).
- Cost monitoring, monitoring of budget and target plan achievement.
- Responsible for the storage and archiving of business documents of all kinds in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
- Daily check of bank statements and payments.
- Monitoring of customer payments (OPOS and dunning)
- Credit and billing management.
- Check of incoming invoices.
- Offering logistic, organizational and sales support to the Sales team in order to achieve the defined sales targets.
- Support of sales initiatives to grow the business in the Country.
- Providing the best customer service & support of our salesforce.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection and training of new employees.
- Foster a good collaboration between staff members to develop a productive work environment.
- Establishment of an adequate purchasing infrastructure and related processes as well as monitoring of the storage of products.
- Making sure that customer services and dispatching of orders is working flawlessly at all times.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Previous experience in a customer facing position with wider responsibilities (first relevant experience in direct marketing is desired).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, any other language is a plus.
- previous experience or relevant background in the field of finance.
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Team player with the capacity to motivate others and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Consolidated organizational and leadership skills.
- Used to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
