About the Role

We are a leading private equity advisory firm serving top-decile global clients in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment. We are seeking an Execution Director to ensure flawless execution of client projects and to drive the implementation of new measures and initiatives across the firm. This is a high-impact role that combines project delivery oversight, ensuring improvements are embedded consistently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

· Oversee high-stakes client projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution that meets the exacting standards of top-decile private equity clients.

· Identify risks, bottlenecks, or resource gaps early and take decisive action to resolve them.

· Drive alignment between internal teams and senior leadership to sustain momentum and deliver fully on client objectives.

· Oversee KPI tracking and use performance insights to drive accountability and optimise execution across the organisation.

Change Implementation

• · Drive and oversee the rollout of new processes, policies, and operational initiatives, ensuring swift and effective implementation across the firm.
• · Embed and enforce changes across all teams, securing full adoption

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years at a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects under pressure.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence engaging senior executives.
