Job Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead, plan, organize and coordinate team work.
  • Ensure the continuity of daily processes and task completion.
  • Develop personnel management processes in line with the company’s goals and strategy.
  • Achieve sales plans in accordance with sales targets.
  • Monitor product ordering and delivery to ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Oversee the unit’s budget execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in line with the company’s goals and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

  • Are a results-oriented personality with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Have experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Can work both independently and in a team.
  • Speak Latvian and English fluently.
  • Perform assigned tasks responsibly and carefully.
  • Can handle a large workload while paying attention to even the smallest details.
  • Can quickly adapt and operate in a dynamic work environment.
  • Are a positive person who enjoys an active daily routine and is motivated by creative challenges to achieve mor.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
