Job Description:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead, plan, organize and coordinate team work.
- Ensure the continuity of daily processes and task completion.
- Develop personnel management processes in line with the company’s goals and strategy.
- Achieve sales plans in accordance with sales targets.
- Monitor product ordering and delivery to ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Oversee the unit’s budget execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in line with the company’s goals and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Are a results-oriented personality with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Have experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Can work both independently and in a team.
- Speak Latvian and English fluently.
- Perform assigned tasks responsibly and carefully.
- Can handle a large workload while paying attention to even the smallest details.
- Can quickly adapt and operate in a dynamic work environment.
- Are a positive person who enjoys an active daily routine and is motivated by creative challenges to achieve mor.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
