Vinyl Flooring Installer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vinyl Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing vinyl flooring in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, cutting, laying, and securing vinyl flooring with precision, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Measure and assess floor areas to determine the amount of vinyl flooring require

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate primers or adhesive

• Cut vinyl flooring to size and shape, ensuring a perfect fit for all edges, corners, and seam

• Lay and secure vinyl flooring, ensuring smooth application and proper alignmen

t

• Install baseboards, trim, and transitions as needed to complete the floor installatio

n

• Ensure all work meets quality standards, including smooth seams, proper adhesion, and level floorin

g

• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concern

s

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working conditio

n

• Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines while working on-sit

e

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any post-installation issues or concern

s

Requirement

s

• At least 1 year of experience working in a Vinyl compan

y

• Proven experience as a vinyl flooring installer
• Strong knowledge of vinyl flooring installation techniques, tools and flooring type

s

• Valid Class 3 Driving License
• Good communication and customer service skill
