Job Description:

Pre-Training Activities

  • Prepare the scheduling process for lecturers and team.
  • Organize preparation of all customized training programs:
  • Create purchase order in SAP
  • Prepare assignment letter of facilitator, material of training and slide presentation
  • Prepare attendance list of participant and facilitator, rundown training, form best participant and best group, daily price and best price, the consumption, etc.
  • Input the participants database to system
  • Accommodate the vendor requirements and ensure fulfill process before the execution (e.g., venue, date, period, transportation for training in outside Jakarta, etc.)
  • Ensure the material of training is available and ready before the execution (e.g., ensure revision, copying)
  • Ensure readiness of the participant equipment for training (e.g., name tag, desk name, pen, etc.)
  • Brief facilitator and arrange final meeting
  • Ensure alignment between material and training module
  • Check and inform participant list, training venue and rundown training activities to facilitator
  • Update and maintain training calendars

During Training Activities

  • Ensure training program event arrangement (e.g., facility, administration, food & beverage, etc.)
  • Ensure the attendance of facilitator during training.
  • Acts as liaison between vendor and executive education

Post-Training Activities

  • Provide the training report, recap and inform the evaluation training to all participants.
  • Report training evaluation to direct supervisor
  • Prepare and distribute the training certificate
  • Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Provide client satisfaction index.
  • Ensure improvement in related training module

Management Support Activities

  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
