Job Description:
Operation
- Suggest & implement strategies for existing and new operation standard
- Conduct effective of operational processes/ services
- Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders (internal and external) related to financial/legal/procurement improvement services
- Conduct required arrangement with Program Development Staff/ Officer related to Business Development/projects
- Conduct accurate data entry, identify and investigate all incoming data to provide reporting to all internal and external customers within the contractual timescales
- Communicate with financial/legal/procurement activities to support professional services
- Collect required documents for salary payment and invoicing process
- Acquire the support needed for operational processes/ services improvement to stakeholders
- Involve in the operation department non-project activities such as standards, compliance, team-development, reporting, etc.
- Conduct distribution of goods & facility layout
Resource Center
- Maintain relationship with outsourcing partners, including 3+1, internship, SMK, outsourcing partners, etc.
- Maintain knowledge management for Professional Services intellectual property, resources, and database
- Prepare logistics, operational and administration work related to competency and professional development program for training project
Management Support Activities
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
