SAP FICO Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Senior Consultant to spearhead the design and delivery of statutory and tax reporting solutions for EU countries on S/4HANA Central Finance as part of an accelerated S/4 transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops to gather and validate Finance and Tax requirements for EU countries including PT, FR, IT, ES, and DE
• Design comprehensive General Ledger-level reporting solutions on S/4HANA CFIN
• Configure FI modules, tax settings, ACDOCA/CDS views, Group Reporting, and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• Create detailed functional specifications, oversee the build process, and lead testing phases including Unit, SIT, and UAT
• Plan the cutover strategy, support initial filings, and provide hypercare post-implementation
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring proactive risk management and scope alignment

Requirements

• Experience in at least 2 S/4HANA projects, with Central Finance exposure considered an advantage
• Proven track record in successfully delivering legal and tax reports for at least two of the following countries: PT, FR, IT, ES, DE
• Background in SAP DRC, with the capability to activate and tailor country-specific packages
• Expertise in GL, parallel ledgers, and tax configuration, combined with strong knowledge of ACDOCA, CDS views, and Group Reporting functionalities
• Capability to read and debug ABAP, with familiarity in SLT, MDG mappings, and Fiori app navigation
• Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to lead workshops independently
