Job Title: Project Manager - Constructions

Employment Type : One Year Extendable

Job Summary:

Manage on site delivery of the assigned development projects to ensure alignment with agreed timelines, technical.

specifications & designs, project budget as well as alignment with overall strategic and operational objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inputs for defining the project scope and objectives that meet strategic goals of the organization by involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the delivery of all outputs related to the project - ensuring all activities are delivered on time and are delivered as agreed with regards to time and quality
  • Manage all phases of assigned projects, including project set-up, design integrity and interface between project different components.
  • Direct and realize project set-up, site mobilization and demobilization to ensure all resources, including. manpower, and site preparations and logistics are organized for the projects.
  • Act as an interface between different departments and ensure efficient coordination across all stakeholders.
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure adherence to project standards
  • Assist in the selection process for appointing consultants and contractors for projects, monitor their performance and ensure compliance to the project plan.
  • Manage regular audits to track creation and maintenance of mandatory documents in line with all policies, standards and procedures
  • Ensure compliance of contract and HSE management systems, procedures, and QA standards
  • Address and resolve all key issues and variances in the project schedule and recommend corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification.
  • Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks in coordination with risk and compliance department, support in implementation of recommendation by audit committee.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent

10-12 years’ experience in managing mixed use development with Experience in leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams
