The Role

We’re looking for a Manager of Operations to lead the operational backbone of our business—overseeing our call center, content operations, guest services, and administrative teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to translate big-picture goals into day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into action by operationalizing company initiatives into clear, measurable workflows
• Lead omni-channel support (phone, chat, email) to ensure fast, consistent, high-quality responses
• Own content quality by overseeing accuracy and optimization of hotel listings and information across platforms
• Improve guest and partner experience by monitoring satisfaction metrics and implementing improvements
• Collaborate with product, marketing, revenue, and analytics teams to align operational goals
• Drive efficiency and scalability through process improvements, technology enhancements, and data tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational leadership within travel, hospitality, or OTA environments
• Proven call center management experience (required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Proven track record in program/project management across complex functions
• Data-driven approach with experience using satisfaction metrics to improve performance
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
