Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory coordination & management:
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to issue purchase orders (PO) and receive physical stock as per purchase orders.
  • Accurately count, inspect, and record inventory, including identifying and documenting any defects in incoming stock.
  • Maintain proper storage of materials in designated locations to ensure their safety and ease of accessibility.
  • Stock movements & reporting:
  • Issue materials based on sales orders and ensure accurate transaction records in the inventory control system.
  • Monitor purchase orders, track the supply chain, and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Prepare regular reports for inward and outward inventory movements, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Cycle counting & organization:
  • Perform periodic inventory cycle counts to maintain updated records.
  • Keep workspaces, storage areas, and inventory locations organized, clean, and safe.
  • General duties:
  • Support the team with additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth inventory operations.
