Position Summary We are recruiting three Territory Sales Representatives to expand the client's reach within key U.S. regions. These individuals will manage existing wholesale accounts while actively growing their territories. This is an ideal role for relationship-driven sales professionals with a strong background in diamonds and fine jewelry who are looking for autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to represent a high-quality product line.
TERRITORIES AVAILABLE
- Position 1: West Coast - California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona
- Position 2: Northeast - Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Upstate New York
- Position 3: Southwest - Utah, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retail jewelers in your territory.
- Present and promote fashion diamond jewelry (including colored stones and yellow diamonds) and bridal lines.
- Work closely with internal sales support and customer service teams for account follow-up and order fulfillment.
- Share regular feedback on client preferences, inventory movement, and local market trends.
Territory Development
- Independently manage your travel schedule and client visits across your assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive organic territory growth.
- Utilize company-provided catalogs, samples, and marketing collateral to enhance the in-store experience and drive conversions.
Internal Collaboration
Work in tandem with a robust backend team who will:
- Identify potential shops in your area
- Assist with custom product searches
- Handle accounts, payments, and logistics
Align with leadership on performance goals and territory planning.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience & Background
- 3+ years of traveling sales experience in the wholesale fine jewelry industry
- Proven success working with 100% natural diamond and gold jewelry
- Experience managing a multi-state sales territory
- Strong understanding of independent jewelry retail operations
- Familiar with exclusive line representation and territory management
Preferred Attributes
- Existing relationships in target regions
- Affiliation with industry buying groups such as IJO or RJO
- Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
- Open to either salaried or commission-only structures based on experience and book of business
OTHER DETAILS
- Remote-based; candidates should reside within or near the assigned territory
- No trade show or trunk show participation required
- Onboarding includes field training and travel with company leadership for regional support
