Description Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line support for internal users. The ideal candidate will have experience handling technical inquiries via phone and email, escalating issues as needed, and assisting with computer repairs, software updates, and data center tasks. This role will also involve creating and managing ServiceNow incidents, running and delivering daily reports, and assisting senior staff with various technical and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Promptly answer help desk calls and respond to emails
- Create ServiceNow incidents for all requests
- Escalate issues to senior staff or the appropriate technical resource
- Perform agency computer repairs and install software/updates
- Assist senior staff with lower-level technical tasks, data gathering, and reporting
- Run daily reports and deliver them via mail or inter-office delivery
- Provide assistance with cable cleanup, installations, and data center organization
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in help desk or technical support roles
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of basic hardware and software installation and repair
