About The Role As Product Manager for Ovoko’s Liquidity team, you’ll be responsible for how millions of buyers find and purchase car parts on our marketplace, owning and shaping the core experience. You will own critical areas like search, product discovery and matching buyer intent with our supply - directly influencing GMV growth and conversion rates. With 9+ million visits per month, your work will ensure buyers quickly find the right parts, while sellers get maximum exposure. You’ll work daily with Engineering, Data, Design and Marketing teams to build features that add real value.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Ownership - own Ovoko’s Liquidity product area, ensuring buyers find the right parts by optimizing search, discovery and supply-demand balance across the marketplace.
- Roadmap - define and execute the Liquidity strategy and roadmap, directly influencing GMV, conversion rates, and overall marketplace experience.
- Customer Insights - fully lead customer insights work by running user interviews, analyzing buyer behavior data, and identifying friction points that block purchases or damage the experience.
- Execution - work hands-on with Engineering, Data, Design and Marketing to deliver features that improve product visibility and buyer success rates.
- Validation - continuously test, validate, and refine MVP features through user feedback and data-driven experimentation (e.g. A/B).
- Metrics - monitor liquidity KPIs by tracking conversion rates, search success metrics and supply-demand ratios to ensure impact and guide product decisions.
- Stakeholder comms - communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership, using data and sharp reasoning to drive alignment and decision-making extremely fast.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in B2C digital products;
- Experience working on high-traffic products with measurable user impact track record;
- Proven ability to lead product discovery end-to-end, from user research and hypothesis building to MVP launch and large feature release;
- Hands-on experience with user research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, guerrilla testing, etc.);
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Experience in the marketplace, especially in areas like search, discovery or balancing supply and demand, is a big plus;
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers and business stakeholders;
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
SALARY The offered salary for this position starts at 5,600 (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
