We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized professional who can manage multiple brands, build collaborative relationships with suppliers, and execute creative marketing initiatives that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Portfolio Management: Oversee assigned brands, working directly with suppliers to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with strategic goals and within allocated budgets.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and coordinate promotional activities, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns across digital, print, in-store, and event channels.
  • Budget Oversight: Track marketing spend for assigned brands, ensuring activities are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to keep sales areas visually appealing and up to date with the latest brand materials.
  • Marketing Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, ensuring stock is available for campaigns and events.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management and suppliers.
  • Event Support: Assist with marketing activities and events, including occasional weekend work as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in a similar role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or FMCG industries preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends for marketing events or trade shows.
