Surveillance Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and using appropriate safety equipment.
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and consistently demonstrate reliability.
• Operate and maintain electronic video surveillance systems to monitor activity, identify policy violations, and ensure the safety of guests, team members, and company assets.
• Review and analyze video footage for incident investigations, providing reports to management and supporting security teams during accident, injury, or theft investigations.
• Stay alert and exercise sound judgment before taking action, seeking guidance from the Surveillance Supervisor or Manager as needed.
• Build strong working relationships and provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.
• Deliver 100% guest satisfaction by offering genuine hospitality and exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest concerns by listening, showing empathy, finding solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Perform other duties that support our service brand and security objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a certificate in security, surveillance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a surveillance operator.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
• Ability to maintain clear, professional radio communication with security, slots, and other departments.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
