Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities The role of the PC&L Operations Leader, in the context of the deployment of the Forvia Excellence System and new programs integration, is to support the PC&L Manager and other colleagues to drive the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) tools and methodologies within a plant and also to ensure the readinees of the plant to integrate the new programs, transfers and ECR. The main missions of the role are:
▪ Lead with the support of the PC&L Launch and improvement team the PC&L layout definition, optimisation, adaptation meetings.
▪ Support the PC&L Launch and improvement coordinator to establish and update Material-Information Flow Analysis and Diagram (MIFA/MIFD).
▪ Participate to the material flows analysis optimisation, and adaptation initiatives.
▪ Support the Plant PC&L manager to define and implment improvement plan ( 5S,tools, process, headcount, flows, surface) and ensure the adherence to PC&L standards (FCP), ICB, HSE, Safety and FES guidelines.
▪ Warrant of PC&L FES fundamentals deployment and maintaining: Gap analysis, PDCA definition and follow up with all PC&L and concerned plant teams.
▪ Lead FES self assessment reviews and audit preparatory meetings.
▪ Lead ICB self assessment, gap analysis and alignment/improvement plan execution.
▪ Analyse PC&L OHP ( MOD headcount) with the support of warehouse manager.
▪ Update the PC&L scorecard and establish the PDCA with other PC&L coordinators.
▪ Ensure convergence plans are defined and on track.
▪ Work closely with Process/maintenance/IT/UAP and PC&L teams to define processes back up modes.
▪ Guarantee back up mode tests are scheduled, done and results are satisfying.
▪ Attend PC&L handover, launch book, project review and ECR meeting.
Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum Education Level
- Education: Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business.
Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience in production in an industrial environment
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

- Inventories: Pool stock sizing, TPA sizing, Gap to Finished goods inventory budget
