Profile description:

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements :

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics;
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory management tools, with practical experience using SAP for warehouse and inventory operations;
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

The main responsibilities are:

• Prepare, receive and dispatch materials, shipping request;
• Organize the workspace in the warehouse with the correct distribution of received equipment;
• Issue transport documents and track the material until it reaches its destination. Organize all documentation related to the received equipment;
• Contact any stakeholder to align strategy and solve possible issues;
• Prepare shipments (pack, structure pallets of material).

Localization: Barreiro, Setúbal.
