• Optimize workflows to improve productivity and cost control.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, sales, and service teams.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Support strategic planning and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Strong experience in operations management.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain and automotive operations.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required.
