Job Description:
What you’ll do
- Account Planning: Help maintain and update client records and plans. Support team with research and meeting notes. Join planning sessions to observe and learn.
- Client Relationship Support: Assist with meeting prep, notes, and follow-ups. Keep CRM and contact info up to date. Shadow calls to learn client communication.
- Business Growth Support: Research industries and clients to support growth plans. Help build decks and reports for internal use. Join strategy sessions to understand expansion efforts.
- Project Delivery Support: Track tasks, timelines, and project milestones. Keep delivery docs and updates organized. Learn how issues are escalated and solved.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate simple tasks across teams. Attend cross-team meetings to observe workflows. Learn how sales, marketing, recruiting and tech align with client needs.
- Communication and Reporting: Support with drafting status updates and internal reports. Help gather client feedback for quality reviews. Keep CRM and reporting tools updated on time.
What you need to be successful
- Recent graduate in Business, Communications, Tech related fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong written and spoken English required
- Eager to learn tools like CRM systems and project dashboards
- No experience required — just bring a positive, client-focused attitude (having previous internships or student jobs for sure it helps)
- We’ll look for soft skills like strong communication, organization, proactiveness, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn.
