Binnen onze Business Unit Commodities -Feed -Food, zijn we op zoek naar een Shift Teamleader Operations Als Shift Teamleader Operaties ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke en productieactiviteiten tijdens je vaste late shift veilig, correct en op tijd verlopen. Je verdeelt het werk, werkt zelf actief mee, en rapporteert aan de Supervisors, Warehouse Manager en Terminal Manager.

Job Description Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Coördineren en mee uitvoeren van de dagelijkse operaties op de vloer
Plannen en opvolgen van productie- en magazijnactiviteiten
Meehelpen bij laden, lossen en intern transport
Bedienen van heftruck en reachtruck (attest kan intern behaald worden)
Voorraadbeheer, registraties en correcties uitvoeren
Zorgen dat KPI’s en veiligheidsvoorschriften behaald en nageleefd worden
Dagelijks communiceren met je team en het management
Controleren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
Organiseren van opslag en efficiënte benutting van magazijnruimte

Your profile

Ervaring als leidinggevende in een logistieke of productieomgeving
Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
Bereid om in een vaste late shift te werken
Flexibel , stressbestendig en positief ingesteld.
Teamspeler die ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt
Hef- en reachtruckervaring is een plus maar geen must
