Chartering Manager - MPP

Helm Specialist Recruitment are currently working with a growing MPP shipping company to hire a Chartering Manager in their office in North Germany, near Kiel.

Our client operates a diverse fleet of MPP vessels and is looking to take on an experienced Chartering Manager to strengthen their team further.

Candidates will be handling the Chartering activities for the fleet and shall be responsible for:

• Booking of Bulk and Project cargoes.
• Fixing of vessels both in and out on Time-Charter.
• Building relationships with brokers, cargo owners and charterers to help develop the business.
• Working closely with the operations to ensure smooth hand over and maximise results.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chartering Manager with a strong background in the Break-Bulk and Project cargo industry and experience of MPP vessels.

Candidates must have the right to live and work in Germany.
