Business Analyst - SDLC - REMOTE - Portugal
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our clients Release Management team. This role will be instrumental in defining the target state of their Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , including the framework, processes, and documentation standards that support efficient, compliant, and scalable software delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management practices, and IT governance, and will be able to translate business and technical needs into actionable documentation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably within software development or release management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ITIL or DevOps principles.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation design, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
