Job Description:

Job title: Office/Experience Coordinator Office location: Belgrade (office based work) About The Role And The Team An Office/Experience Coordinator ensures smooth running of Belgrade offices and business operations, through general office and clerical tasks and making sure that all company events are planned and executed per plan.

What will you be doing? Office duties

  • Greet, welcome and direct guests as soon as they arrive
  • Ensure relevant representative of Hyperoptic is informed and present on time
  • Ensure proper meeting facility is prepared

Administrative duties

  • Assist the Office Manager in daily tasks
  • Support delivery and distribution of catered lunches for the employees
  • Order and maintain office supplies, office equipment, kitchen amenities and supplies for consumption and representation in the relevant office
  • Provide general and administrative support to visitors and colleagues
  • Organization of sending all types of shipments UK and SRB in cooperation with other teams (People, Finance, etc.), responsible for incoming and outgoing mail

Support The Realization Of Company Events

  • Participating in organization of events assisting Employee Experience and making sure everything goes smoothly
  • Book restaurants for company dinners
  • Distribute taxi vouchers to employees

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Skilled in MS Office including use of Excel and Word, as well as Jira and SAP
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, with hands-on experience using office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
