Business Development Officer

Company Description Sajilo Sewa is an online service marketplace based in Kathmandu that connects homeowners and businesses with certified and reliable service providers. Users can easily request home services through the app and website, booking service providers efficiently. Our service providers are known for their professionalism, friendliness, and punctuality.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales and Business Development Officer role at Sajilo Sewa in Lalitpur. The Officer will be responsible for communication with customers, sales activities, and assisting in sales management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

• Communicate effectively with customers through calls, emails, and social media to address inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Assist in generating leads, preparing quotations, and supporting sales campaigns.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update sales records, CRM entries, and customer databases.
• Prepare and share sales performance reports with the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely service delivery.
