Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of SOLAR MODULES.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for photovoltaic products, including modules and distributed markets (DG and C&I), focusing on Central and Eastern European.
  • Manage and expand relationships with distribution channels and partners in the region.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) to provide integrated solutions for customers.
  • Monitor and manage sales forecasts, revenue, and profitability for the region.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
  • Continuously develop market knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Take responsibility for achieving set KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent in English; Proficiency in Ukrainian is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the photovoltaic products distribution or distributed markets (DG and C&I).
  • Strong knowledge of the European photovoltaic industry, including market dynamics and key players.
  • Willingness to travel within European as needed.
