Heng Feng (Cambodia) Bank Plc. was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in Cambodia in 2022 and officially launched on September 11th, 2022 by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC). The bank provides a diverse range of financial services and products to corporate, SME, and retail customers. These products include current and savings accounts, term deposits, home loans, personal loans, business loans, and overdraft facilities.
Role Description
- Develop and maintain systems and application blueprint alignment to business roadmap.
- Develop customizations and interfaces in the Core Banking System.
- Identify, analyze and report occurred and potential user and/or system problems as well as coordinate with software vendor for solutions.
- Provide technical support to related party in system integration.
- Work as a member of the technology team to assist in providing maximum availability and support of information technology systems to ensure that business needs are achieved.
- Level and initiate activities to improve under performance of application system.
- Work closely with UAT team to make sure new products are tested before moving to production.
- Assist to direct manager in develop policy, guideline, and procedure to strengthen application system.
- Carry out any other tasks or special projects that may be assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or Management Information System
- Minimum 3 years work in Core Banking System
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience in FinTech/MFIs/Banking or relation fields
- Good knowledge of SQL statement and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Working knowledge and/or experience with PHP, Java, Spring Boot, or webservice/API, Environment: Unix/Linux, Windows Server, Design relational database and data warehouse ,BIRT report development tool - Good interpersonal skills, fast-leaner, work-hard, creative, complex problem-solving, time management, communication
