Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support our client’s procurement operations. This is a 100% remote position, with possibility of traveling occasionally to the client’s site in Poland. You will report directly to the Purchasing Manager and work closely with the site buyers to ensure smooth purchasing processes and support procurement performance monitoring.
Job description I. Purchasing Support for the Faiveley Transport Site
- Provide administrative support throughout all stages of the purchasing process (needs expression, negotiation, supplier selection, order and contract management)
- Follow up on supplier-related administrative matters and resolve supplier disputes
II. Support for NPR&I Purchaser
- Collaborate with NPR&I buyers on various operational procurement files
- Contribute to the day-to-day purchasing operations and tasks
III. Monitoring of NPR&I Purchasing Performance and Practices
- Oversee the performance tracking tools (e.g. contract and savings monitoring)
- Propose improvements for procurement practices and tools

- Degree in
Sales Administration

- At least 2 years
of experience in
procurement or purchasing administrative support
in an
industrial setting
- Solid knowledge of
project management

- Proficiency in
purchasing tools (ERP)

- Strong
negotiation skills

English and Polish
