YOUR ROLE

As operations administrator, you are responsible for supporting the organization of transport operations at the site level. You ensure the efficient use of human and material resources while maintaining compliance with current regulations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Gather and confirm shipping information for transports;
• Support transportation operations;
• Monitor shipments;
• Prepare and oversee client invoicing;
• Perform other tasks inherent to the role.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

High school level

Good MS tools comand

Fluency in English, spoken and written

Experience and interest in the transport and logistics sector (preferable)

Team spirit.
