HGV Mechanic – Waterford Depot

As a Mechanic , you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our Public Service Vehicles to the highest safety and performance standards. You will play a key role in keeping our fleet operating smoothly for the thousands of passengers we serve daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections, servicing, and repairs on PSVs
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and mechanical issues
  • Prepare vehicles for CVRT testing and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage parts ordering
  • Work collaboratively to meet operational deadlines

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance
  • Proven experience in PSV maintenance (Mercedes/Iveco experience a plus)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Valid full driving licence (commercial licence advantageous)
  • A flexible, proactive approach to work
