Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We seek an Admin Assistant colleague to join our world-class client, one of the world's biggest oil and gas companies.
- On-site work with flexibility (after the probation period, occasional home office can be requested)
- Employment Type: Temporary Placement (via us - Dexian) - Temporary Agency Worker Employment Contract
- Duration: 1 year (with potential to be extended after 1 year)
- Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle administration for external contractors and vendors (purchase requests, timesheet tracking, invoice processing)
- Manage system access and user permissions for specific user groups
- Act as the main point of contact for organizing leadership visits and team events
- Maintain personnel records and databases (HR and IT system updates, org charts, workforce lists)
- Provide occasional support for expatriate employees
- Assist visitors (prepare invitation letters, arrange hotel bookings when needed)
- Take part in company-wide initiatives and projects
- Work in line with safety requirements and actively participate in safety-related programs
- Provide backup support to other administrative assistants when required
- Perform other tasks as requested by management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- University degree (fresh graduates are welcome)

- Experience with SAP

Note: Employment is carried out through labor leasing, under a Temporary Agency Worker contract. Therefore, by the provisions of Government Decree 16/2010 (V. 13.) on the authorization of the employment of third-country nationals in Hungary, we can only consider candidates who possess EU citizenship or Hungarian Permanent Residence Permit.
