The Interior program Expert will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and integration for interiors.

This position involves close collaboration with various departments, external suppliers, and senior management to address engineering challenges, manage costs and timelines, and ensure program milestones are met.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• :Support other department in solving emerging engineering issues related to legacy programs or customer's vehicle
• sEngage with main external suppliers and manage costs and timings, and ensuring program milestones are met, including evaluation of RFQ responses to influence management decision
• sReports directly to every company functions in every company meeting about the assigned task
• sEstablish regular design review with cross functional team (either SET or specific war room / deep dive approach
• )Engage with the product development process to understand the impact of design/engineering decision
• sPresent status in front of senior managment in any required forum or circumstance
• sSchedule preparatory meeting to review Gateways' status in advance of the Gateway revie
• wPromote / schedule / lead cross functional meeting to deep Top Critical Topic
• sSupport platform roadmap definition for Vehicle integration topic
• sMain reference figure for the assigned area over a specific program from concept phase to mass production through the entire development proces
• sAccountable for the achievement of the "G milestone
• "Accountable for the management and promotion for approval of the Change Requests, BOM Cost
• sAccountable for the management of the assigned budge
• tAccountable for the definition of the budget for the future application
• sAccountable for tracking the Components’ readines
• sSupport the vehicle program in defining the projec
• tSupport the exchange of information between different departmen
• tSupport issue resolution, Job Cards approval, through the entire development proces
