Overview
You’ll be the go-to person for handling deliveries, returns, and sales-related documentation—keeping everything running smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities: Logistics Executive
1. Book and Handover Orders to Logistics Providers
Arrange shipments by coordinating with both second-party (2PL) and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. You’ll ensure carriers have all the necessary documentation and pick-up details.
2. Track Shipments & Resolve Issues
Monitor deliveries with logistics partners. If something goes wrong—like a delay or misrouting—you’ll step in to fix it and keep everyone informed.
3. Handle Customer Returns
When returns are needed, you’ll confirm with sales or customer service, track the return through to the warehouse, and ensure the product is processed properly.
4. Submit Daily and Monthly Sales Reports
Compile sales data and prepare reports for daily and monthly submission to the accounting team for accurate record-keeping.
5. Collect and Submit Bank Receipts
Collect payment slips from customers who pay via bank transfer and deliver these to the accounts receivable (AR) accountant.
6. Support Hospital Project Shipments
Manage logistics for hospital-related orders, send tax invoices to hospitals, and collect invoices from delivery personnel.
