Senior Accountant on AR,AP

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant and Responsibilities

· Check and ensure all transactions are processed according to the company’s policy with proper documentation.

· Assist and manage the accounting team and coordinate with other departments for a smooth operation as a whole

· Ensure internal control is being checked and followed up

· Cross-check with all cash advances for operation and claim back on time

· Ensure all the transactions are entered on time, accurately, and completely in the on-accounting system

· Review and oversight of the report from the warehouse team

· Review daily and monthly sales and collections in the Internal/Accounting system

· Check AR deposited to the bank

· Bank and cash management review and oversight

· Bank statement & bank Reconciliation

· Adjustment and Accrual

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries (dynamic)

· Assist other co-workers in related jobs

Other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager

Location: Toul Kork

Working time: Mon-Fri 9-6 and Half Sat.
