Business Support Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Support Manager located in Madhyapur Thimi. The Business Support Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, manage budgets and financial planning, and develop and implement effective business strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business operations and processes
• Experience in Operations Management to streamline and enhance business activities
• Strong command of  email handling ,  Excel , and business communication
• Working knowledge of  finance ,  negotiation , and  team management
• Capable in  research , coordination, and multitasking
• Prior experience or deep understanding of the restaurant  and/or  tech industry  is a strong advantage
• Extremely reliable , fast, and hardworking
• Strong  can-do attitude  with a  long-term  growth mindset
• Must be  genuine , ego-free, and team-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
