The company is a distributor of various well-known brands and operates stores 9 locations in Ulaanbaatar, with branches in other provinces. In addition to retail, the company has other businesses including BSB Finance, Jargal Expedition tour operator, and BSB Khuns supermarket chain.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Marketing Team Lead located in Ulaanbaatar Hot, Mongolia. The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team, developing strategies, implementing campaigns, conducting market research, and driving sales through effective marketing initiatives.

• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the consumer electronics and IT industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing

Salary and bonus:

· Base salary 5.2 million MNT
