Dashboard & Automations Analyst

We’re looking for a Dashboard & Automations Analyst who can own the design, integration, and automation of our operational ecosystem. This role is about turning disconnected tools into a single, data-driven engine that powers our recruitment, sales, marketing, finance, and operations workflows.

You will use Power Automate within the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem as our automation backbone — connecting GoHighLevel, Recruitee, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoho Books, Meta Business Suite, Webflow, and other platforms — while building KPI-rich dashboards in Power BI that give leadership instant, actionable insights.

This role requires a self-taught, high-ownership executor who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can bridge strategy with hands-on technical delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs across recruitment, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Design, implement, and manage automations using Power Automate to integrate key tools into seamless workflows
• Optimize and automate GoHighLevel pipelines, campaigns, and client management processes
• Integrate marketing analytics (Meta Business Suite) and website data (Webflow) into unified reporting systems
• Incorporate financial data from Zoho Books into performance dashboards
• Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and ensure data accuracy for decision-making
• Troubleshoot automation issues quickly and maintain system reliability
• Document workflows, integrations, and dashboards for easy scaling
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken)
• Proven expertise with Power Automate in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong track record building KPI dashboards in Power BI
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel automation and campaign setup
• Experience integrating tools like Recruitee, Zoho Books, Meta Business Suite, Webflow, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io
• Self-driven problem solver with the ability to execute without micromanagement
• Experience delivering in high-growth, startup-speed environments
• Fully equipped for remote work (reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection)

• Experience in recruitment or sales operations
• Knowledge of automation architecture and data visualization best practices
• Adept with AI engines and able to integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows
