Job Description:
We are seeking a highly proactive, tech-savvy, and resourceful Executive & Operations Assistant to support the CEO in both day-to-day business operations and high-priority projects. You will act as the CEO’s gatekeeper, removing roadblocks, managing priorities, and ensuring flawless execution of administrative and operational workflows.
This role is primarily remote , but requires being based in San Pedro Sula for occasional in-person operational tasks (e.g., visits to public institutions, document processing, logistical coordination with a power of attorney from the CEO).
Job Highlight Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Salary: $1,200 base + $500 performance bonus (based on SLA compliance).
Primarily remote with occasional local tasks.
Work directly with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities.
High-impact role in a growing international recruitment agency.
As the Executive & Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Anticipating and resolving operational roadblocks before they reach the CEO.
Acting as the CEO’s gatekeeper by filtering, prioritizing, and organizing information, requests, and meetings.
Organizing and maintaining the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
Creating and maintaining the company Knowledge Base (SOPs, templates, manuals, process checklists).
Coordinating communication internally and externally for leadership.
Planning and prioritizing tasks using methods like the Eisenhower Matrix.
Handling occasional in-person support for official or institutional processes (with notarized power of attorney if required).
Preparing executive summaries and project updates to enable fast decision-making.
Always applying a “business impact first” mindset to priorities and execution
Location: San Pedro Sula, Honduras (mandatory) with own vehicle for occasional in-person tasks.
Language: Strong written Spanish and basic English (must be able to draft emails in English with AI assistance).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Executive Assistant, Operations, or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office 365 (Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Notion or similar documentation tools.
Ability to learn and apply automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate).
Basic use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for drafting, research, and document generation.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (Recruitee, Workable, etc.).
- U.S. visa for potential future travel.
- Basic Canva skills for simple presentations or graphics.
