Logistics Specialist

• Responsible for all customs clearance and logistics tasks for equipment and materials required by the Philippine subsidiary, including international imports into the Philippines and domestic transportation between various locations.
• Handle communication with SANY Logistics, shipping companies, customs, customs clearance agents, and clients, among others.
• Assess, apply for payment, and process reimbursements for all customs and logistics-related expenses; regularly analyze cost discrepancies.
• Conduct regular research and evaluations of customs clearance and logistics providers, assess cost reasonableness, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle and coordinate with relevant parties for local legal certification requirements related to road vehicles, including LTO registration and qualifications for new energy equipment.
• Assist the commercial department in updating tenders and evaluations for customs clearance agents on a regular basis.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics; familiar with LTO vehicle registration processes.
• Willing to work overtime (overtime pay will be provided according to local labor laws).
• Experience in importing and transporting construction machinery is preferred.
• Familiarity with import and customs clearance legal requirements is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, be fluent in English, and have strong communication and coordination skills.
