Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Support Specialist located in Yangon. The ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and support for the company's ERP system, assisting in the planning and implementation of system upgrades, and analyzing issues and providing solutions. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system problems, supporting end users, and collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate financial data within the system.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving system issues
• Excellent planning skills for coordinating system upgrades and implementations
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with end users and team members
• Experience in finance to support and ensure accurate financial data within the ERP system
• Customer service orientation to provide excellent support to ERP system users
• Ability to work on-site in Yangon
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is beneficial
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
