Production Executive

We are a leading food manufacturer and top retailer seeking a proactive and results-driven Production Executive to oversee daily production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, the right attitude towards managing and motivating teams, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. The Production Executive will play a key role in coordinating resources, improving processes, and driving efficiency to support our growth and maintain our position as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of production supervisor, leader, and operators and to ensure that production lines run without any problems, minimum downtime, products are manufactured to a required quality standard and adheres to customer/safety/industry-related regulations.
• Ensure the circulation of information, policies and procedures to subordinates.
• Interface with engineering and others supporting function groups to resolve production issues.
• Ability to work with Cross-functional management of QAQC, Warehouse, Engineering and HR.
• Provides manufacturing information to management by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data.
• Maintain efficiency and a disciplined workforce through monitoring absenteeism and tardiness and adherence to company rules and regulations to attain high standard of workmanship.
• Reviews employee performance and recommends disciplinary action as necessary.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing to optimizing resources and minimizing costs. And to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, working with other departments to optimize processes and resolve issues.
• Maintaining safety regulation, GMP / Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, GMP, HACCP
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
