Distribution Center Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Florence, KY! The qualified candidate will drive results that achieve budgeted costs and progress against effectiveness of KPI’s. They will be responsible for working with senior management for marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the entire distribution and store operations
• Manager supply chain programs to provide lower product cost
• Develop, monitor and report KPI’s for all distribution operations
• Provide leadership in distribution and supply chain initiatives
• Responsible for overseeing distribution center employees
• Execute all day to day activities
• Responsible for safety and engagement process
• Develop and implement budgets
• Oversee, manage, and report operational expenses
• Supervise and coach direct reports including performance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years’ logistics experience
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
