Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to assisting customers worldwide with their machinery needs. Last year, we sold millions of dollars worth of parts and machinery to clients globally. Our team is experienced in inspecting, buying, selling, and repairing heavy equipment.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and selling heavy equipment and parts. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, generating sales leads, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the machinery or heavy equipment industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
