Job Summary:-
Leading the design, management, and impact measurement of the Bank’s non-financial service offerings to SMEs, in alignment with national initiatives and Banque du Caire’s strategic direction. The role includes overseeing partnerships, internal team performance, and delivery of non-financial services to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of SME clients.
Job Responsibilities: -
- Define and drive the NFS strategy to support financial inclusion and drive SME growth.
- Operationalize national SME initiatives into scalable bank-led programs.
- Coordinate strategy alignment across other departments and functions lending, risk, digital, and sustainability functions.
- Develop and oversee delivery of advisory services including diagnostics, business planning, mentoring, and market access support.
- Standardize tools and models for client assessment and rollout of capacity-building initiatives
- Lead segmentation and customization of services according to client profiles.
- Oversee integration of financial and non-financial advice via multiple delivery channels.
- Support retention and referral generation through sustained client relationships.
- Establish and manage partnerships with BDS providers, incubators, government bodies, training institutions, and PFIs.
- Maintain an updated database of ecosystem service providers.
- Represent the bank in relevant SME development forums and partnerships.
- Define and monitor KPIs, manage dashboards, and report on NFS results and client outcomes.
- Use data for continuous improvement and strategic decision support.
- Measure and report NFS contributions to broader SME banking performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and operational manuals.
- Lead capability-building through coaching and structured training of the NFS delivery team.
- Provide operational leadership and execute tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements: -
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Development Studies or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in SME banking, advisory services, or development programs.
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional certification (e.g., SME advisory, project management) is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and client-centered advisory skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration competencies.
