Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Managing the workforce in terms of quality and quantity; proposing salary and bonus adjustments
- Responsibility for the P&L and Budget
- Participating and decision body together with Product Management for commercial agreements, reviewing them and issuing invoices
- Structuring of the site and logistics processes and allocate resources between warehouses and organizing and conducting regular team meetings
- Approve and implement the optimization received from Continuous Improvement Manager
- Frequent meetings with customers and providing KPI on time
- In charge of maintaining authorization and all safety instructions are executed
- Working together with other departments to provide proper infrastructure and equipment
- Leading client visits
