Location: Frankfurt - Kelsterbach

Salary: 35 to 45,000 € per year ( plus KPI based Bonus )depending on experience.

As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Customer Success Supervisor to ensure our customer service meets the dynamic demands of the logistics market.

Role Overview

As Customer Success Supervisor, you will manage 2 or more customer services agents and oversee our customer service and quality operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of delivery-related inquiries and issues.

You’ll work closely with delivery teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Leadership: Supervise and guide customer service reps to resolve B2C delivery inquiries promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in last-mile delivery service and suggest improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (response time, resolution rate, CSAT) and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with logistics, operations, and tech teams to streamline delivery processes.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customer interactions to drive service enhancements.
  • Training & Development: Assist in training new hires on best practices in logistics customer service.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in customer service, logistics, or a related field (experience in last-mile delivery is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and basic data analysis.
  • Passion for logistics and improving customer experiences.
