Technology Risk Analyst

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Technology Risk Analyst to facilitate Technology Risk Management and Governance practices across the organization. As a Technology Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in executing and enhancing the Technology Operational Risk Internal Incident Collection Process. You’ll work across functions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and automation in risk workflows, while supporting the adoption of governance controls across Technology divisions.

You’ll do:

• Execute and continuously improve the Technology Operational Risk Internal Incident Collection Process.
• Apply data analysis to identify automation opportunities and improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all three lines of defense to ensure timely and accurate risk reporting.
• Support the implementation and maturity uplift of the Technology Risk Management Framework.
• Design and promote best practices for operational risk incident management.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to process automation initiatives and technology control enhancements.

You have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technology risk, governance, or controls-related role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead discussions independently.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
• Foundational understanding of the technology lifecycle (development, testing, deployment).
• Awareness of technology risk and control principles, including control effectiveness.
• Basic project management skills, especially in time and task prioritization.
• Working knowledge of firmwide technology risk policies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Tableau) is a strong plus.
