Responsibilities:
Office Administration
• Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Organize files, manage documentation, and provide general administrative support
• Help with scheduling internal meetings, tracking tasks, and coordinating basic logistics
Social Media Support
• Create simple, engaging visual content using Canva
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as LinkedIn
• Help brainstorm new ideas for social media presence and engagement
Communication
• Assist with crafting and sending outreach emails or calls to clients
• Conduct light online research (e.g., identifying potential clients, partners, or industry trends)
• Help update and maintain CRM tools or databases as needed
LinkedIn Research & Support
• Support the team with LinkedIn sourcing tasks, such as identifying relevant profiles or companies
• Help manage LinkedIn inboxes or draft outreach messages under guidance
Requirements:
· A positive and proactive attitude
· Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
· Basic proficiency with computers and general PC literacy
