About the role

As an Indirect Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll oversee and optimize service operations across the indirect service channel — ensuring smooth spare parts validation, order fulfilment, billing, and customer support. You’ll play a key role in strengthening Channel Partner Operations by identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and educating partners on service protocols. This role requires a proactive problem solver who collaborates across teams to deliver superior service outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• ✅ Validate spare parts orders — ensure compliance with pricing, entitlement, availability

• 🤝 Collaborate internally to resolve order discrepancies and support data reconciliation

• 🚚 Coordinate order fulfilment, logistics, special shipments, and returns (RMA)

• 🛠 Provide operational support to partners , managing system issues and service tool orders

• 💸 Support billing dispute resolution and oversee quarterly contract invoicing

• 🔧 Manage technical case follow-ups for timely resolutions

• ⚠️ Handle full FMI process, ensuring safety recalls complete without patient impact

• 📊 Analyse and improve Channel Partner Operations, addressing process gaps and educating partners

What you bring:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in service operations, order management, or customer support (industrial or healthcare preferred, but not a must)

💻 Familiarity with CPx, Oracle, GLPROD, WF, GDDI, or similar platforms is an advantage

🧠 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills

🗣 Excellent English communication; additional Eastern European languages (Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian) a plus
