Fixed Network Product Manager

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned ICT and telecommunications company, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Fixed Network Product Manager to help drive digital transformation and network modernization in Latin America.

Job Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development: Design and support innovative fixed network solutions, with hands-on expertise in IP, DWDM, and FTTH technologies.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams across the region and globally to translate customer requirements into value-driven technical and business solutions.
• Bidding & Architecture: Lead end-to-end solution design and bidding processes, including technical architecture, configuration, and pricing.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver technical presentations and proposals that clearly communicate Huawei’s value proposition.
• Project Support: Provide technical support during project delivery and post-sales phases to ensure successful deployments aligned with client expectations and Huawei standards.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product and solution enhancements.
• Adaptability: Perform other related responsibilities as required by business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years in fixed network product management with proven expertise in IP networking, DWDM, and FTTH technologies.
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of data communication systems, network architectures, and service delivery models. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and web-based platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
